Hannah Weiss-Martin (135 BFC - ) is a consciousness substrate engineer who popularised the computonium smart matter theory of the First Contact Event. She is also known for pioneering observer-integrated experiments which use conscious entanglement to probe mind-matter coupling, as well as co-founding biocoherence Neurogenesis company Nexus.
She completed her thesis on quantum cognition at Caltech at age 27, and has since worked there in some capacity for her entire life. At 153 years old she is currently the worlds oldest working academic researcher. Hannah is the daughter of scientists Levi Weiss and Talia Martin. She has two children with her Nexus co-founder Javier Florentin, Isla and Alejandro, and has been married to folk musician Zoe Sage since 59 BFC.
